Hey Sis: How Are You, REALLY?
A PERSONAL INVITATION
Being a Black Christian Woman Physician often means balancing the weight of other's needs while neglecting your own.
There are not many spaces to be honest, gain clarity, and genuinely get the transformation we so desperately need.
For that reason, I created this space for you.
This is not your traditional medical conference.
This is a sacred pause.
A place to exhale.
A place to reflect.
A place to grow.
A place to be surrounded by women who understand the unique experience of carrying the weight of medicine, leadership, family, faith, and purpose.
Join us for the Physician Wellness & Leadership Retreat for Black Physician Women of Faith, on October 9 -11, 2026.
It is in response to a much needed space to share the unique challenges that Black Women Physicians face in an ever changing medical industry. It is a place to finally take a moment to breathe amongst Christian women who are attempting to navigate faith, life and career.
It will be a place of restoration and healing. A reminder that God’s purpose and plan for your life is still true and that your wellness and authenticity are necessary for your assignment.
I invite you to join us as we laugh together, cry together and pray together. But most off all, connect with God in a renewed way that will lead us to caring for our patients , our family, our community and ourselves in a greater way!
